These six Golondrina points show the typical range of variation among the type. All of the specimens have the characteristic deep basal notch, but not all have distinctly flaring stems (basal “ears”). In the case of the point in the lower right, the blade edges (sides) have been altered by resharpening and the tips of the ears have been broken, thus altering its original shape.
